Data collection:

What data are collected through apps?

The information collected through app is made to help developers build great apps and are non-personally identifying information. 

I am a primary school teacher and I have no use of collecting any personal datas. We don't collect data from our game but  as we use third parties API ( Google android studio, unity game development platform), they collect some non personal statistics (  number of downloads,  countries of download....).

To ensure no data are collected, we remove internet permission on the app. If the app cannot connect to internet, the app cannot send data. On the app analysis report, we check that  nothing get in the data network.

What are the third parties used?

We use the services of other parties to build our apps. For more information, visit the Google Play Privacy Policy. We use the Unity Framework, API to build our apps. For more information, Visit the Unity privacy policy.  

If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.  No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data.  If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.  If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

 

Do we share data?

We don't collect  personal data.

As developer, we put a point to be part of the designed families program, that encourage developers to create quality apps for family.  We designed the app to be part of this program, and you need to follow strict guidelines to assure kids are safe with no personal data collected in the apps. 

You have the right to ask us to review if we have personal information, to delete information by contacting us at matthias.guichard@gmail.com.

 By downloading, installing, accessing or using any part of our game, you agree to these Terms and agree to be bound by them.  If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. Before accessing or using the Services, you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you represent that you are age 13 or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, or a minor according to laws applicable to you, you represent that your legal guardian or legal representative has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and has given you permission to access and use the Services.
